We offer two differentiated shipping options for our global customers. You can choose one based on your needs (such as delivery time and budget) when placing an order. The specific fees and service features are as follows:
Standard Shipping: A flat fee of US$5.99 per order, with no weight or general category surcharges (except for special grocery items such as large storage cabinets and fragile ceramic sets, which are marked on the product details page and require an additional US$2-5 reinforcement/overweight fee).
Standard Shipping Service Features: Highly cost-effective, suitable for users who don't have a critical delivery timeframe. Full tracking of the delivery process is supported (the tracking number will be sent to your registered email address and in your account messages after the order is shipped). Basic protective packaging is provided for general grocery items during transportation. VIP Shipping: A flat fee of $15.99 per order covers most grocery items (including some large and fragile items, with no additional reinforcement or overweight fees. VIP Shipping features fast delivery and excellent service. It's ideal for customers with urgent grocery needs (such as emergency kitchen utensils and holiday decorations). Customized shock-resistant packaging is provided for fragile items (such as glassware and ceramic ornaments) to reduce the risk of shipping damage.
To thank our customers for their support, we're offering free shipping on orders over a certain amount. The details are as follows: Free shipping conditions: If the total purchase price (after deducting coupons and discounts) of all items in an order exceeds $39.99, shipping fees for that order will be automatically waived (regardless of whether you choose standard or VIP shipping).
Special Note: If an order contains multiple sub-orders (e.g., custom groceries and regular groceries shipped separately), free shipping will only be available if the total amount paid for each sub-order is at least $39.99.
If a partial refund is issued after payment, resulting in a remaining balance less than $39.99, we will deduct the original waived shipping fee from the refund (calculated based on the shipping method selected for the original order: $5.99 for standard shipping and $15.99 for VIP shipping).
During promotional events (such as Black Friday and Christmas), the free shipping threshold may be adjusted. This adjustment will be prominently posted on the website homepage and will not affect existing orders.
